DD shows: Joe Carouse is still the chairman of expu and holds 3mm preferred shares that convert into 300mm common shares

Would converting his preferred shares into common shares increase the OS? That would increase the OS by about 30% I think.

Also, Joe Carouse owns 23% APWC (I'm guessing Alf owns a perfectage as well)
