It shows a chart of the AAII investors sentiment. I know you know what that is. 30% bearish (70% bullish) based on a survey of well known gurus.

Not only that, you have the like of Meridith Whitney, Jeremy Siegel, and even Allen Greenspan (the list is endless) raging bulls right now. So, those board aside, 10 bears for every bull is far from reality.
