I didn't say I believe it, it's just what I read elsewhere. But seriously, who would pay roughly $8 to make .50 cents? Also, I'm pretty sure as soon as one MM picks up the phone to call another MM in order to manipulate a stock, it's extremely illegal, unethical, and most importantly, TRACEABLE lol.
