Help me out here, db7....when a public SEC reporting company does not file any Financials whatsoever for over 2 years, why is it the SEC's fault?

I know it's terrible to be caught in an SEC Suspension and subsequent revocation.....but.....EVERY SEC reporting company that does not file Fins for years knows exactly what will happen, that being a suspension and revocation.

Chocolate Candy Creations are 100 % responsible for this mess, not the SEC.
