The Marine and Anchor patents obviousness issue was vetted by both expert testimony and Friedewald Equation

where is the hole you see? Not one case where it can proven clincial outcome was expected - in fact just the opposite

598 Composition patent thru 2021 is about as plain jane as you can get Pure EPA for Pharm use
