Rumor is Rumfield is on the cell phones of the premier of North Korea and the Aylatolla of Iran, both are negotiating their surrender. I think he's also sent emails asking for surrender.

As soon as markets show signs of having a down day (could be 30 or 40 days from now), the news will be leaked.

God forbid the Iraqi's surrender this weekend, we need the Saddam dead rumor to stay around for a few more trading days.
