You are correct on that...Some of this stuff is really simple...

I consider Social Security to be an easy one to solve...

The max tax, and I emphasize the word tax because that is what makes it constitutional in terms of the US Supreme Court, is on 113,000 dollars of income or less...I would propose a tax on all income which would lower the tax on the people paying tax on 113,000 dollars per year.

I would also recommend eliminating the early retirement age of 62, and just make it 67, which is the age for full benefits. I would eliminate the death benefit of around 290.00....It really helps no one to speak of...

And I like Dennis Kucinich's idea of allowing people to retire two years early at a cost of 15 Billion per year. Many permanent jobs would open up, and the true cost will be a lot lower than similar jobs bill proposed that are in the 100 Billion dollar range...
