The subject material here has nothing to do with cigarettes, and that is a personal choice people make...It has nothing to do with the cost of transportation to earn income, which is what I was focusing on...It is a pleasure tax...Or not a Mandatory expense...

So, at this point in the evening, I will just choose to politely disagree with you on what the overall impact of a ten cent increase in the cost of gas at the pumps will be...

There is really no correct answer...Just a suggestion on my part...There are other ways to raise/save 150 Billion.

I prefer the Bring our troops home from all the wars and close about 30% of our gloabal military bases...It would be a much larger cost savings, and benefit the poor much more...Not the Military Industrial Complex...And Obama is doing a better job of it than Romney would ever have done...

But that is one single item...I can see at least 10 significant items that will add together to save/generate revenue to come close to balancing our budget...
