That is a theoretical definition where the actual numbers are not figured in....

I will say this...I wonder what the poll would look like if my first example was used...An average of 48.00 a year will generate 150+ billion dollars of revenue per year for the federal govt...My guess is that you would see a poll that was over 80% approval...Keeping in mind that the Median income is around 51,000.00....People are always willing to do the best thing when they can see a positive result...
