HELLO! You dont know how FNMA and BANKS works. They are not the same. FNMA guarantees the LOAN which was back by uncle SAM. When people leave their house and dont pay, who is left with the prop. FNMA. OBAMA and our government do not wants this responsibility no more! GET IT! jmo
