yes. every time the top gets a cut, more regressive taxes and fees that are harder on the poor and middle class end up getting implemented. sales taxes, vehicle license fees, gasoline taxes and such all take a much higher portion of the income of a poor person than a rich person.

some poor people pay not as much fed income tax percentage wise, or none, but they and the middle class pay way more than the 14% of rmoney, for example, in other taxes, while sales tax for rmoney is a minute portion of his income.

The capital gains scam means that i pay more than rmoney percentage wise, so glad they rigged it that way... and when i pay the sales tax on a car, for example, it is a much larger percentage of my income than when mitten's wife buys another car.
