I've given my solution, which is a fair consumption tax at the retail level. This not only deals with the 1%, the illegal trade, and the tax problems, but it raise more funding and would make things much easier on the truly needy if structured properly.

When you actually HAVE an idea, let me know. Just as you think "trickle-down" has been proven wrong, we also know that a huge, out-of-control federal gov't, in cahoots with an illegal IRS and an irresponsible FED is the worst of all ideas combined. It WILL result in total bankruptcy and carnage at some point if we stay on this path. Bank on it.
