Not sure, but my guess is the VC's are picking at it a little at a time to keep it low and accumulate, before they release it to skyrocket...

If the Target PPS are even half of what is said on some websites this would mean a huge payday for many, if they don't flip on the 000's then the 001's and again to get to 10 cents+ in six months...

Again though it's a long shot...and it could mean any of the negative things most will see as well....

At this point I'm prepared to hold this until I'm 80, maybe I can dump it then and get this thing out of my portfolio!!! LOL...
