If the HILO gave a buy signal, would you go long the market, expecting the BP to turn up? I have a lot in my IRA, but with Zeev's Grand Nassacre, I tend to keep almost all of it in cash, but am looking to deploy because we've been in a bear market for 3 years. Just gathering opinions at this point. Appreciate your response.
