If you own over 10 million shares then of course you are going to say that!

1 Billion shares outstanding... it was half that a few weeks ago. This is some of the WORST dilution I have ever seen. The PPS and volume reflects that, it's not an opinion.

These crooks are using you as an ATM and you're going to be left with a bag full of rotten potatoes.

So where is that 10K due last year?

I see the same exact pattern that they did before with Stampede Worldwide. Just keep delaying those filings then bankrupt. It's fraud and they should go to jail for it.
