Perhaps the current BTHR 10-Q, filed at www.sec.gov, would substantiate your statement, "I think BTHR sold some shares to fund the deal! The deal is done as i can see it". The sale of free trading shares by BTHR, along with the closing documents, should be listed in that filing-would be very interesting to read confirmation of your statements.
