At 2 p.m. Eastern, the central bankers will unveil both their interest rate decision and quarterly economic projections, with Chairman Ben Bernanke slated to hit the mic at 2:30 p.m. Elsewhere, FedEx (FDX), Actuant (ATU), General Mills (GIS), Jabil Circuit (JBL), Lennar (LEN), Oracle (ORCL), and Pacific Sunwear (PSUN) will take to the earnings stage.
