With regard to the cosmetics company,
my earlier message to you included the following
from the last SEC form 10Q:

the company agreed to loan National Dream (Cosmetics LTD)
$853,000 over five years. The loan will be repaid by
National Dream supplying the Company with products....
The Company agreed to pay for clinical trials and
patent registration...
