According to Weldon Johnston, the previous owner, JAQC was suppose to be clean, however, Shellking got a hold of all the historical records from the SOS and there had been a number of failed mergers in the past with it, in fact nothing ever when through period, it was basically just a worthless POS. If I recall correctly, even merger specialist, Randy Drew, had tried to use it back in the 80's or 90's and that was a bust as well.

I have no clue how Bailey eventually got a hold of it, however, if he traded more then a bottle of Smirnoff for DNDT, JAQC and CACJ combined then he paid too much because all three of those had serious issues.
