It appears to me that the shareholder probably wants to do the right thing and give JAQ investors their shares, however, they may be running into issues with mainstream brokers accepting certificate deposits of penny stocks. However, couldn't they use a secondary investment firm that specializes in clearing certificates, like Glendale securities, to do this...??
