They were NOT talking about SAE, they were talking about regular AEs and lab abnormalities. Their disclosure of regular AEs (not lab related) are no different from ASH. I put those parts of transcript in my previous two posts already. Both Alkaline Phosphatase and Bilirubin increase from long term dosing were grade 1 or 2. The question is whether they had the data or not at ASH. Even though presentation was Dec, but data cutoff likely Oct. So it is possible they didn't know at that time, it is also possible they did, but may not as many patients as today. Given they are disclosing now, and they are mostly grade 1, so I am not as harsh on them on this particular item. If these were SAEs, I would definitely not give them any benefit of doubt.
