Curious, I had the same 1000-1 R/S concept.

This idea/theory is based upon the whining about paperwork in the 8k as costing the BOD valuable time and money when they have yet to really worry about it as we are only listed on the Pinks by MMs who cannot "require" the BOD to do any reporting unless they want to. In my opinion.

This has a hidden doublespeak agenda.
Again, my opinion.
Maybe the BOD will offer me a job to shut me up?
