What's your theory on why JJ won't release the actual deal terms?
Actually, Amarant hasn't said anything on their website, other than that they CURRENTLY have an 85% interest in ADL. Maybe if exploration shows it to be not economically feasible to mine, they'll terminate the contract and ownership themselves. I can only guess how many shares insiders will have sold by then.
And it would have to be a guess since insiders don't file their holdings or trades. Any thoughts on why that is?
