CYNO acquires PMTI for $13.65/sh in cash and stock:

Both companies are in the aesthetic-medicine-device business. The nominal deal price is $294M. The nominal premium relative to PMTI’s closing price on 3/15/13 is only 8%, but PMTI ran up 5% Friday on high volume, so there could have been some news leakage.
