You guys get so wrapped up on this deal

at an average of 10 cents per share

let me see if my math is correct.....

3,000,000,000 X 0.10 = 300,000,000.00 US dollars

then Why JJ and the BOD would get into a contract with all the headaches of mining (environmental, labor laws, liability, claims, chilean Gov etc etc )when you do not have to do anything other than keep sharehoders interested on this play by not ever closing a deal and cash 300 MILLION DOLLARS?
