that's just silly. SNDK is supply constrained right now, has lots of contracts and relationships other than AAPL. No one who has followed SNDK believed that they would get an AAPL contract, as they compete with each other (Sandisk's Sansa has a VERY distant second in market share in the MP3 market worldwide).
