Thats call sucking the upward momentum out of the stock.
Makes guys like me want to trump PENA and bail on the story. Thats the cause and effect of this. The MM doesnt give a crap. He wants to to tank hard right now.

10K now has turned into 300K amazing to me. If its dilution and the Company wants to dump the remainig A/S so be it.
