I also hope you're right about the movie, though I can't understand why they have not inked a deal since they have stated that they have had offers since December. Every month that goes by costs us over $350,000 in further dilution. It has cost us over a million since December, when the first offers came in, according to the RAQ. I know that they are waiting for the right offer, but in the meantime, the part of the company that you and I own gets smaller and smaller. Figure that dilution will cost us 1 to 2 million shares a month until a loan or movie deal is made. How long can we afford to have them hold out for a better offer, keeping in mind that the better offer effectively loses about $350,000 in value every month while we wait.
