mattyhoho: I suspect the brilliant plan devised by Pete Bezzano had the approval of regulators before it was announced. I also suspect that the regulators indicated they would control the date the dividend was paid. During the period we have been waiting lots of cleanup activities have been underway. Penson, Knight, the banks, the derivative mess, etc. etc. etc.. I am hoping Pete had a worst case date for the dividend that was agreed to and that we are nearing that date hence the activity. Time will tell all but I think we are finally in the homestretch! Go FFGO!!!
Dividends of 3400%+ are worth waiting for!
