ROFLMAO. JJ wanted a deal. Needed a deal. That required giving away an 85% interest for nothing more than announcing a deal and some future promises that if there was any value, Amarant would pay some money back to Medinah.

You think the deal hasn't ever been actually published by JJ because of some NDA? That Amarant said, "Sure, go ahead and reveal all the major terms of the deal, but not the actual contract. And BTW, you can reveal those major terms for more than a year, but you can't make the details available."? Too funny.

And what about Amarant's claim that they already own 85% of ADL? They've said it for over 6 months now. Where's Medinah's counterclaim that they don't actually have an 85% interest? JJ hasn't been to Amarant's website? All the PRs about Amarant complying with all deal terms is just an oversight on Medinah's part?

Here's some food for thought. Can one entity claim to own something while another has an 85% interest in it? Strictly speaking, is either party lying?
