lol...well that's one way too look at it.
I have a very limited knowledge of securities law but from a legal aspect it would appear that the merger of JAQC and APKN did indeed happen so it would seem that we are entitled to something, so I'm not sure why the company is no longer involved in this......that makes no sense to me at all.
I mean obviously something was majorly screwed with JAQC, Shellking and I suspected this long ago, they had tried other mergers in the past that had also failed, so there was something wrong with the thing. We thought we were out of the woods when the JAQ/APK merger went down but did not realize there was also a DTC issue as well and this is what prevented us from getting our shares normally. The previous owner of JAQC acted as his own TA so this probably had something to do with it.
There may be some sort of legal recourse if we do ultimately end up getting nothing, I'm not sure I have the time or energy to pursue if it comes to that though.
