I dont want to sell at a loss but I dont want to lose more money either trying to average down. Yeah there might be 6B on NOL's but looks like they already threw away 8B in ordinary loss. Now if I was in charge I would do anything to maximize the value of my company. Do you have any guarantee that they will maximize the 6B to our benefit or someone else's. Another thing that bother me since day one is if they made a deal to have a reorganized company why not make it private from the begining and protect our interests? Im telling you this case was never kosher and never will be, I'm sure there is stuff going on behind the scenes that will keep this thing under wraps....
