It was stated in the CC that the "Oil Formula" was for the other company that their EDGAR guy does filings for. He messed up big on that because the company was baffled by it as well. The "Oil Formula" has nothing to do with CDFT. Major mistake by the EDGAR agent. One more slip up after these past 8Ks and that fella is out of here. We need someone who took their 8th grade typing class, as well as a few grammar courses.
