Well said. I don't know how the R/S talk got started. Companies can use as an excuse for an attempt to uplist to NASDAQ or NYSE.

A modest buyback would be fine as you said, after achieving cash flow positive.

Share structure looks fine for now and should not be the topic of conversation unless there is persistant dilution.
