Honestly if he would have bought CDFT's debt like the others, I would be very worried right now. Fortunately, CDFT in 20 years has never had any debt, and he didn't receive Preferred Shares that are convertible at a discount to the common share market price. He has no incentive to convert or "move overseas to short" with CDFT.
