Read the evaluation report. Fair market value was 10 million. But it was discounted multiple times by Dotty Scott Enterprises when determining the value of CDFT because of one the liquidity concern of some of the assets and the unnecessary issuing of shares to the CEO (which he has since retired) which was diluting the value.
