Not long enough, obviously. Sorry to burst your bubble but, OTC Markets doesn't REQUIRE any company to file with the SEC. AGAIN, it's UNREGULATED.

OTCQX doesn't even require SEC compliance... http://www.otcqx.com/qx/otcqx/requirements

PLEASE, point out where OTCM requires SEC Compliance on one of it's tiers.
