I think you should read the difference between the OTCQX, OTCQB, and OTCPS (PinkSheets).

Did you know Volkswagon trades on OTCQX?

OTCQB must file with the SEC.

This isn't just a PinkSheet that doesn't have to file!! It absolutely means something. If anyone sold here without filing the company and the shareholders would be in deep crap with the SEC/authorities.

I don't think Javan King (who hasn't broken a single law BTW selling Preferred in other companies) would want to go to jail.
