Naive? To conjurer up some conspiracy theory about moving Preferred Shares offshore to short Common Shares all the meanwhile selling Common Shares (diluting) while converting these offshore Preferred Shares? Believing that takes a lot of naivety IMO.

When Javan King sold his Preferred for Commons in those other companies it was 100% disclosed. IF he does the same thing here, after 12 months, and CDFT files for the Outstanding Shares to be raised, and if Jay sells for over 5% of the O/S he needs to file a Form 4 with the SEC, then yes, he would have "done the same thing." But we'll know when the filing hits and the stock will drop like a rock.

Otherwise, enough with the conspiracy theories.
