What difference does it make what form of compensation corporate officers of Elite receive? Do you think it unreasonable? If so why?
We all deserve some sort of compensation for all of the hard work we do. Whether Mr. Dick takes part cash and part shares has no bearing on anything.

Compensation type is always subject to change between the employer and employee. Noone is in stubborn denial about anything that I have seen.
