I think this is good news for SNDK, they get royalties and are not really excluded (Toshiba is in the deal and they have a joint venture if memory serves). It soaks some of the future supply and will probably cause price stabilization. AAPL would not have signed such a long term agreement if they were not fearing some tightness in the market. I have an additional bid in for SNDK just above the recent gap, if that is breached, then we may have troubles and gap closing etc...
