EarnestDD, I still have the email response from CPA Douglas Labrazzi stating categorically that he never had a contract with Pharmstar to conduct and Audit. Therefore Howard blatantly lied in a press release that Labrazzi and Co., CPA's were hired to conduct an Audit. The SEC had grounds right there to investigate Howard and Pharmstar and halt trading in stock.
