Dear Adam Feuerstein, Roy Friedman, and Patrick Crutcher,
All US citizens are covered under the First Amendment Rights (freedom of speech), to say their opinions as they wish. However, things can get "heated" when a crime is involved. Peregrine had their FDA approved gold standard registrational cancer trial proven to have had "evidence of dose switching" from the placebo group and the bavituximab group. This "act" may be determined to be deliberate, meaning some patients who should have received a potential "curative" new cancer treatment did not. If proven to be deliberate, this may be interpreted as manslaughter or murder.
Example: (and this it hypothetical)
Say I write an article saying it's my opinion that an assassination attempt will be made on the President, and say I give some specifics such as "this summer", and "at a golf outing". Now let's say my prediction comes to fruition. I would predict the FBI would be "paying me a visit". In fact I would probably be sent to GITMO and waterboarded.
The timing and nature of some of your articles and social media statements raises some suspicion as to what you knew, when you knew it, and who/whom you knew.
I personally know individuals who are currently putting together a file to be sent to the FBI containing your articles, emails, blogs, texts, and tweets (yes they are now admissible in court), with respect to the above said trail events. I suggest you also put together said file (it may save you thousands in attorney fees), as I would expect the FBI would at least have some "questions" for you.
p.s I lost my mother to NSCLC. I would never wish any ill onto another person, but I do believe in Karma. Wouldn't it be ironic if you, or one of your loved ones, was diagnosed with NSCLC and might benefit from bavituximab?
