Jay King tried this "Amex" trick with FDMF as he drove this company into the ground.

He has Gary's ear and has influenced him in creating all the preferred shares as his cronies sell shares in the market place.

Aida Pastorfide is his wife and sits on the Audit committee. Those "assets" that the company has are not easily assessed or verified. They may be audited but why would anyone sell $4 million of assets for preferred shares in a subpenny.
