You are a month early if you are expecting a 10-K from NEOM. Last year the 10-K was filed on 4/16/12. Last year YA was still paying all the bills but no more.

That auditor going concern paragraph will be back again this year and we will get further confimation about the extent of that ugly death spiral dilution.
