It is refreshing, especially at this level, to have the plan laid out and the dilution justified without being blindsided. When you have a legitimate business model dilution equals growth. It's a good thing with the right plan and when not abused. My optimism was starting to wane here. Today's PR, honestly, is much more than I was expecting.
