I agree with you that he knew what he was doing.

I've exchanged many many many emails with him about the AGS funding. He used to tell me at first to not believe what those were saying on the boards about every company that uses AGS was driving down to trip zeros...

Then a few months later after the RS and me rediculing him, he changed his story to OTOW using AGS just to show on a portfolio that they can get funding, this somehow would benefit the Government Funding and their chances of getting it. Guess they have to show outside funding to prove to gov't that they are legit.

I still don't think he is a scammer, just someone that really doesn't know what he is doing (running a business)....or being led down the wrong path by someone else..
