If you lost money on MAXE because you believed that it was going to be the next Awesomepennystocks.com pump after seeing https://twitter.com/LivePennyStocks tweeting about it then I have a couple suggestions:

1) Never trust anyone in penny stock land again. They are all out to screw you.

2) I believe that you can make a strong case that what LivePennyStocks did was market manipulation. If he created the fake MAXE aps banner then the case is stronger. If he sold directly into his lying tweets, then he was engaged in illegal scalping. If you have the time and inclination, I recommend filing a complaint with the SEC. Will anything ever happen as a result? Probably not, but you never know. Will you get money back? No. If you are interested in putting together a complaint I would be happy to help. If anyone has a saved copy of the fake APS banner, please post it.
