He owned all of the private company that did the R/M take over of MHAN, so he got about >95% of the new post R/M shares. The old bag holders like me got to keep about 1-5% (I forget the exact %) of the new company.
The rest of the OS shares came from financing rounds.
Ambition with out knowledge is like ship in dry dock. Going nowhere fast!
