It seems you have some imagination. I guess a lawsuit should be easily found on pacer if what you are saying is true. For the record 300k was raised sent directly to jeff and nhsh in December 2010 alone in which 90k of that was sent directly to mineseekers. Some of the other monies were used to buy the shell. So right off the start there is 300k in which I recieved 7.25 million shares. Raised additional funds throughout the year and recieved nothing. Nothing but empty promises from Mike Kendrick (which I have on tape recorded messages) select few have already heard this. And btw I never recieved these monies they were sent directly to nhsh and jeff D. Hard to run a ponzi scheme if I never recieved any cash. Not like Mark Osgood who recieved 15 million shares for under 600k and then he gets a note on top of that for 600k when he was only supposed to get shares. Many know I did not profit like others on the inside(Mark Osgood) who is responsible for setting up this new deal with Mike Kendrick to flee to another shell and try to fleece investors for a third time. PS still have the motor home...
